How do I open the Child Safety Zipper?
SHAGS are fitted with safety zippers so they can’t be opened accidentally. To open and close your SHAGS, use a slightly bent paper clip inserted into the zipper slider. Remember to remove the paper clip when you’re done. Click here to see a diagram.

How do I maintain my SHAGS?
SHAGS are machine washable and dryer safe. The exterior cover should be washed on the delicate cycle and/or hand washed in cold water. Although SHAGS are dryer safe on low heat, we recommend you hang/air dry the Mega SHAGS as most standard dryers do not accommodate its size.

Can SHAGS be shipped internationally?

Do SHAGS pass FIRE CODE COMPLIANCE?
Yes. Our SHAGS are CA 117 compliant, which is the industry standard for fire compliance. Each SHAGS has an accompanying CA 117 compliance tag attached.
Will I receive a confirmation email after placing my order and will a tracking number be provided to me?
Yes. You will receive an email when we begin processing the order. You’ll then receive an email (with your tracking number) when the order has been shipped. Please be sure to add email@example.com to your contact list to make ensure you receive our emails.
What precautions do you take when packaging to limit damage during shipping?
Our SHAGS are placed inside a 2 mil industrial poly bag; poly bags are then placed for shipment in a Kraft single-wall corrugated box.
Do you offer a warranty for your product?
SHAGS products are guaranteed for 1 year from date of purchase. Products are guaranteed against all manufacture defects. Warranty policy does not apply to failures stemming from normal use, abuse, or excessive wear. Original receipt or Order Number is required for all warranty claims. Product used for commercial purposes are not covered under this warranty.
Are SHAGS pet friendly?
SHAGS are recommended primarily for people, but pets can cuddle up on your SHAGS safely as well. We recommend our chew-resistant SHAGS Wags to share with your furry friend.
