If SHAGS products do not meet your expectations, you may return the product, at your expense, for a refund (excluding shipping cost and 15% restocking fee) or exchange.
For SHAGS to process return or exchange correctly, the product must be:
- Returned within 10 days from date of shipment.
- Returned in original condition and in its original packaging. A product that is returned soiled, odorous, damaged, or otherwise unsaleable will not be eligible for return or exchange.
- Accompanied by receipt of purchase and a valid Return Authorization (RA) number issued by a SHAGS Customer Service Representative within 10 days of your original invoice date. RA’s expire 15 days after they are issued and cannot be extended or re-issued.
